Stop Measure 26-121. Stop the biggest bond issue in Oregon state history. Portland Public Schools wants to raise property taxes by almost 15 percent. The PPS modernization bond will make Portland's property taxes the highest in the state. PPS has a history of financial mismanagement and wasting taxpayer money. None of the bond money will be used to shrink class sizes, acquire new learning materials, or preserve educational programs.
